Jinxun Resources (03636): Hong Kong public offering received 143.46 times the subscription price of HK$30 per share

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinxun Resources (03636) announced the allotment results. The company sold 367.656 million H shares globally, the Hong Kong public sale accounted for 10%, and the international sale accounted for 90%. The sale price per share was HK$30, and the net raise from the global offering was approximately HK$1,043 million. Each lot is 200 shares. H shares are expected to start trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on January 9, 2026 (Friday).
