UniCredit Issues EUR2 Billion of Dual-tranche Senior Bonds

11:35 PM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Italian lender UniCredit (UCG.MI) issued 1.25 billion euros and 750 million euros of dual-tranche senior preferred bonds under its Euro Medium Term Notes Program. The first bond offers a fixed rate of 2.875% per annum and a maturity of 4.5 years, while the second bond carries an annual coupon of 3.80% and will mature in 10 years. The offering received 7.3 billion euros worth of orders in total, according to a Thursday release. The bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
