    Chipotle, Intapp, Mondelez International And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Wednesday's Pre-Market Session

    U.S. stock futures were mixed this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 0.1% on Wednesday.

    Shares of Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc (NYSE:CMG) fell sharply in pre-market trading following fourth-quarter results.

    Chipotle reported revenue of $2.98 billion for the fourth quarter, beating analyst estimates of $2.96 billion. The fast-casual restaurant chain company reported fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of 25 cents per share, beating estimates of 24 cents per share, according to Benzinga Pro.

    Chipotle expects full-year 2026 comparable restaurant sales to be "about flat." The company expects to open between 350 and 370 new restaurants in 2026, with around 80% including a Chipotlane.

    Chipotle Mexican Grill shares dipped 6.1% to $36.80 in pre-market trading.

    • Nlight Inc (NASDAQ:LASR) declined 9% to $45.50 in pre-market trading after the company reported pricing of public offering of common stock.
    • Advanced Micro Devices Inc (NASDAQ:AMD) fell 7.7% to $223.49 in pre-market trading after reporting quarterly results.
    • Novo Nordisk A/S (NYSE:NVO) fell 5.1% to $47.72 in pre-market trading after the company posted fourth-quarter results. Novo Nordisk said it expects FY 2026 adjusted sales to decline by 5% to 13% at constant exchange rates.
    • Life360 (NASDAQ:LIF) fell 5% to $58.03 in pre-market trading after gaining more than 5% on Tuesday.
    • Magic Software Enterprises Ltd (NASDAQ:MGIC) declined 4.7% to $25.85 in pre-market trading.
    • Mondelez International Inc (NASDAQ:MDLZ) shares fell 4.3% to $56.89 in pre-market trading after the company reported fourth-quarter financial results and issued FY26 adjusted EPS guidance below estimates.
